What we collect
Orders
When you place an order, we collect your name, shipping address, email address, and the payment details needed to complete the purchase. Payment information is processed by our payment providers and is never stored on our servers.
Newsletter
If you join our newsletter, we store your email address to send you updates and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Comments & messages
If you leave a comment or send us a message, we collect the data you provide plus your IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection. An anonymized hash of your email may be sent to the Gravatar service if you use it; once a comment is approved, your profile picture may appear publicly with the comment.
Media
If you upload images, please avoid images with embedded EXIF GPS location data — visitors can download them and extract the location.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and improve your experience. Comment cookies (name, email, website) last one year; login cookies last two days; screen-options cookies last one year; “Remember Me” persists for two weeks; and an article-edit cookie stores only the post ID for one day.

Who we share your data with
We share only the minimum data required with our hosting provider and payment processors to operate the shop. Password-reset requests include the requester’s IP address in the reset email. Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam-detection service.
How long we retain your data
Order records are kept for accounting and support purposes. Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely so follow-ups can be recognized and approved automatically. Registered users’ profile data is stored, and users can see, edit, or delete their own information (except their username).
Your rights over your data
You may request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, or request that we erase it — excluding data we must keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
