Shipping
- Cost — a flat rate of $8.99 worldwide, or FREE on orders over $79. It’s calculated automatically at checkout.
- Processing — orders are prepared and dispatched promptly after they’re placed.
- Tracking — as soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.
- Delivery time — this depends on your destination. You’ll receive tracking by email and can follow your order the whole way.
- Lost or slow orders — if your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact us and we’ll investigate immediately.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each listing is the exact finished piece — a genuine natural stone photographed individually — we’re unable to accept returns for a change of mind.
What matters more to us is that your order is right. We quality-check every piece before it leaves us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us at xdoxms24@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo — and we’ll replace it or refund you in full.
We photograph every piece exactly as you’ll receive it, so there are no surprises when it arrives.
